FRAMERS/CARPENTERS Do you think this is a good price to build a garage?

The garage is 32'x28' one story, 2x6 walls framed 16" on center, T-111 siding and roof trusses running 35' across the building.( all roof trim and soffits included) It will have 2 -10' garage doors (doors and installation are a seperate price) 1 entry door and no windows.
Also to be built is a breezeway, which consists of 2- 5"x16"x14' engineered beams that have to be cut into the existing house walls, that carry roof trusses and tie the existing house roof and the new garage roof together, creating 2 valleyes on the new garage roof, no walls below.( NOTE: the garage sits at 15 degree offset from the house)
Also the roof will be covered with metal roofing.
There is a slab already poured.
I live in New Hampshire
The price is for LABOR ONLY
With the breezway, the total square footage is 1088'
The project will take 3-4 weeks
Is $12,500 a good price for labor to put this building up.
Too high?
Too low?

.looks like he is charging you 11.50 / SF which is a little high.9k is what i think you should pay.you roof line is a gable so he isn't going to get bogged down like he would with a hip roof .everything sounds pretty straight forward.i suggest you get couple more prices.if you get one way below 9k i would suggest you stay away from that guy too.the low ball bidders usually either didn't understand the scope of the work you are paying for and or dont know what they are doing either way its not worth the aggregation.i was the GC for my house which is 4200 SF and i paid 14,500 for my frame labor.it was 8 yrs ago ,but i live in ma. where labor is expensive.

Looks like a great project but the cost is too high as it is for LABOR ONLY!

The other costs for materials, electrical, permits, incidentals, etc. Get a general contractor who can provide you an inclusive quote for ALL the work needed to complete the project.

Your final costs could be more than $30,000.

$12,500 is a decent price. I certainly wouldn't do it for that; but if you feel Ok with the contractor; go for it. I'll hope you've had more than one estimate; but it sounds a bit like this is part of a package in buying a manufactured building...similar to hundreds of STEEL buildings sold nationwide.

They are charging you about $115 per square foot.
in my opinion the charges should be about $105 per square foot, because the (slab is already poured.)
