Well I started hearing a gnawing noise yesterday morning and then again this morning. It lasts for about 5 minutes every day around 6:30 am. Well my room has a foam chair that isn't moved very often (and my bed) which are the only two things in my room not frequently moved. I rarely eat in my room and my dishes go out the same day they came in. Also there are no outside things that they can hide in that would attract them to our yard. For the four years we have been here we have never had a rat problem.

To explain more clearly, when it drips it goes to the storage bins and under neath of the bins. I have to put a towel to absorb the water and have to use a fresh towel daily.Frustrating! Someone, please answer soon. Thank you.

Ive tinkered with lawntractors and engines for a while now, all different sized motors . One in particular, ive noticed has some issues. Its a 12.5HP Briggs and Stratton engine, the two ive owned have self destructed ( by previous owner) - lack of maintenece? Bad assembly/materials? These two were on mid 90's Murray widebody tractors with 40" decks. It just seems odd that this motor failed , when i have more engines alot older then these still running and being Briggs and Stratton engines as well, with no issues.
Anyone else have this motor on thier tractor and had any issues with it? I have the model numbers if needed.

I need a futon that is as similar to a mattress as possible, since I will have a guest that will be living with me for a couple of months.

The futon below is only $119 at amazon compared to over $200 everywhere else. Do you know of a better one?

Is it hard to take care of? Does it damage easily? Will it last long?

I bought a new bedroom lamp and it has a warning, "Risk of Fire. Use only "A" lamp" bulbs. The picture looks like a regular incandescent bulb, but I was hoping to put an energy saving twisty flourescent bulb in that lamp. Is it safe? The only bulbs I can find that have the "A" on them seem to have a heavier looking base.

I don't want those little pendant lights b/c I don't think they give off enough light, and I can't afford to put in recess lights. I need to be able to switch it out myself. Suggestions?
