To explain more clearly, when it drips it goes to the storage bins and under neath of the bins. I have to put a towel to absorb the water and have to use a fresh towel daily.Frustrating! Someone, please answer soon. Thank you.

There should be a removable plate at the back. Inside is the drain tube from the freezer to drain defrosting. This appears to be clogged.
If you locate that, a thin wire can be inserted and unclog the debris. If the opening is large enough a partial length of coat hanger may do.

It sounds like your defrost drain is stopped up, but you may have a sealed system problem that is causing it.
