I'm going to be starting a landscaping project, but I have no tools. I'm going to rip out some bushes and small trees, put in some grass and small shrubs and plant a flower garden. What are the 5 or so tools that I absolutely must have to have the basics covered?

Can anyone reccommend a good treatment that I can purchase in quantity without spending a fortune. I used little tubs last year 'cuprinol' and by the time I'd finished it had cost a fortune.

What are the best materials to use? I know a few sound insulating tricks from college like staggered angles, layered walls and soundproof foam. But Im not sure what to make the main case out of, wood? plastic?
I have a few ideas about fans and airflow too. Thanks for any advice.

At this moment, I have at home two (one downstairs and one upstairs) Honeywell Thermostat model: T8401C (Digital non-programmable), I would like to upgrade my old one for the Honeywell model TH8320U1008.

I was thinking to do the terminal connection myself, but I wonder if I took out the cables from the old one, and put it in the same way in the new one... it is going to work?

Thanks

I want to build a brick wall but don't know the tools for making the walls perfectly straight and vertical. I know I can use a rope as a guide for making the walls straight in a horizontal direction. Any suggestions?

I want to buy one for my friend as he has a very slight problem with a small puddle forming from time to time in his basement.

But I don't think he would view my solution as a solution if he had to turn it on every time the puddle forms. I would be so much better if the thing turned itself on.

But do modern dehumidifiers have this option?
