An HVAC refrigeration supply house will have what you need. If you don't have one of those close by, auto supply stores sell similar stuff for car doors.

Refrigerator door gaskets are usually held in place with a metal retainer & screws. You can usually lloosen the screws & reset the gasket.

using glue on a gasket isnt a great idea but if your going to use anything use gorilla glue.

auto supply store, its commonly called gorilla snot... yellow in color...
