I was doodling some calculus equations on my refrigerator to help my roommate, and to my unpleasant surprise the marks don't come off. I've tried bleach, windex, goo gone spray, toothpaste, ethanol, 409, glass cleaner, water, erasers, and a leather cleaner. Any ideas are greatly appreciated

How do you get deoderant off of delicates when you hand wash them? I have been using an all-natural detergent, would something like Woolite work better?

I'd like to spruce up some plain black candle holders, and I thought that doing a mirror mosaic on them would look really nice, only I've never tried a project like this. I have done some mosaic work, but nothing intricate (just on a glass plate). I'd like to cover the entire candle stick surface with mirrors but I don't know what type of "glue" to use for them. Also, these candlesticks will be placed in my bathroom, so I don't know if humidity will be an issue.

I would like to add 1000 of "a gardener's best friend" to my 800 sq. ft. vegetable garden. I live in southern Michigan, Zone 5b. When should I add them to the garden? Are either Earthworms or Redworms preferrable over the other?

Last night my mom spilled a pretty good amount of bright red nail polish on her sage color carpeting. I just had to share with everyone how to get the stain out...you need to blot any excess nail polish, then grab wd-40....spray all of the stain. this will spread the stain...using a washcloth and some elbow grease it will slowly disappear. i then used some baby powder to get the excess oil out of the carpet, vaccumed...then treated it with carpet cleaner-like resolve. i had one place that stilled showed slightly and i rubbed it with some goo gone-and it is gone! im not going to lie and say it only took me a few minutes it took some time rubbing the stain out then vaccuming and all this. not really a question but just had to share! I'm a nail tech and i think the reason why wd-40 worked so well is because nail polish doesn't like oil-it can't stick to oil-oh and the color of the carpet didn't fade or anything!

Why would a Camelias' leaves turn a yellowish green? They are putting on new sprouts, so it's not dying - just loosing it's pretty deep green coloring.

ANY SUGGESTIONS???

Is it just me, or does anyone else agree that the Coot that won the dream home didnt deserve and wont appreciate it as much as someone younger would have. I doubt if he ever will even hit the slopes. I wonder how exactly the winner is chosen or if its a "Fixed" contest.

I'm referrring to anything that has a switch to turn them on and off. Not items that are thermostatically controlled, like refrigerators and electric hot water heaters.

I've tried contacting Texas A&M's Forestry Department but all they gave me was a pdf brochure. All the chainsaw safety classes I've found out about online are up in the Northeast or northern Midwest (Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota).

Our backyard has bad lighting, and my husband can never see the grill. I was trying to find something - even something cheesy.

Thanks!

I have some mint leaves (Organic) growing quite healthy and quickly in my yard. (I planted them). I want to know can I get them out to local supermarkets to sell such as Wal-Mart, Krogers, Randalls, etc?
If so, how can I do it? Do I need to have a certain lisence or get approved by some official or something? I would really like to know.
Anything will help :).
Thanks in advanced,
Jalapeno10

P.S.- Should I begin to use fertilizer to help my mint leaves grow more productively and efficently? If so, what kind? Will I still be approved to sell these products?
