We are trying to sell some stuff as we are moving from Vancouver to Calgary. As we live in an apartment, a traditional yard sale is not an option. I need some alturnitives (like ebay etc) Any ideas?

Well, we just recently moved into a new house. I took a shower and the bathroom mirror fogged up with steam, and I noticed that someone (I'm guessing the original owner of the house) had drawn an ahem...racy picture with their finger in the steam. It's been about a month and the picture still appears every time the mirror steams up. I wipe it off every time and it comes back the next day. Any ideas on how to get rid of it? Thank you!

It's a nice sterling "return to tiffany" bracelet and it's tarnished. I didn't store in its little cloth bag and I can't find the polishing cloth, either. We don't have any sterling polish around the house, so what else can I use? Thanks in advance!

We are remodeling our bathroom...and I would love to get a jacuzzi tub. Someone was telling me water in the "tubes" can collect bacteria...and that creeped me out. How do you clean them? How often? Etc.

I'm in the process of getting a mobile home from a family member that passed. My question is; I don't have any info on the trailer, other than insurance papers, and I can't find a "model" number. The insurance papers say " 1992 Commodore 123 abc12345 B/D 31007 R/M. Obviously, I wont put all numbers from ins. papers on the web, but the B/D and the R/M in the model line on my ins. papers gotta mean something. Anyone know? Does R/M stand for remanufactured?

I am replacing an old (1991) ceiling fan which is currently connected to three-way switches. There are two 2-wire cables coming to the existing electrical box. Both of the blacks are hot, that is, it seems like both cables ran power to the fan (I had to flip two separate breakers to cut power to the fan). The old fan had all the whites wired together, one 2-wire black to the black on the fan, and one 2-wire black to a _blue_ wire on the fan. The replacement fan just has the standard black, white and ground. All the wiring diagrams I can find only have one power source coming to the electrical box, and would wire the 2-wire blacks together, the fan's white to one 2-wire white, and the other 2-wire white marked black to the fan's black. What is the correct way to wire this?
