i think you are talking about a pinch pleated patio panel generally 100 x84 used on patio doors you'll need to get a traverse rod with one way pull or a decorative rod and clip rings for a more modern look . You can also buy a vertical blind 78x84 which is the vinyl slats on a headrail that opens and closes either by turning the vanes or slideing to one side ,although they are somewhat out dated. A more popular choice would be a panel track blind which is a much nicer look ....good luck
