I bought an old dairy farm for a hobby farm and and have no idea what to do with the barn?

The barn is 80 stall flat barn with a manure pit and I am trying to get ideas what uses I could get out of it. There is a lean to for cattle outside and calfs.

Make 80 little gardens and use the manure pit for fertilizer and mulch. Sell the items you grow.

You could also sell if the local school nearby has some ideas.I'll bet the science teacher could put it to use.
