I need some options.
We are trying to sell some stuff as we are moving from Vancouver to Calgary. As we live in an apartment, a traditional yard sale is not an option. I need some alturnitives (like ebay etc) Any ideas?

I have seen garage sales in parking lots of churches. If you are a member of a church or maybe have a friend who goes to church try asking to borrow their parking lot. Maybe a small donation to the church will be helpful.

Put the stuff you want to sell in 1 or 2 rooms and have a moving sale. Put up sigbs that tells people the other stuff is not for sale. I see this done all the time.

I'm not sure what kinds of things you're getting rid of but, you could try a consignment store and when they sell your stuff, they can mail the check to your new address! If you want to get rid of it as you go through your stuff, you could also take your items to pawn shops, antique stores, or even donate it to Goodwill or other charity and ask for a receipt then turn in for a tax deduction next year! There's endless alternatives to the standard yard sale and moving sale newspaper ad!
