Well, we just recently moved into a new house. I took a shower and the bathroom mirror fogged up with steam, and I noticed that someone (I'm guessing the original owner of the house) had drawn an ahem...racy picture with their finger in the steam. It's been about a month and the picture still appears every time the mirror steams up. I wipe it off every time and it comes back the next day. Any ideas on how to get rid of it? Thank you!

Whoever drew the ahem naughty picture used their finger on the dry glass. Fingers have oil on them so every time you wipe it off the water just glides over the oil and the picture does not wipe off.
Try taking some dish soap and pouring it on a paper towel apply the towel directly to the mirror and wipe the soap on in a circular motion. Rinse with cold water et voila racy picture has disappeared!

Before you get into the shower again you should wipe shaving cream all over the mirror then when you get out wipe it off. This will get rid of the picture and will actual prevent your mirror from fogging up again for a while.

Shaving cream does work well! And if you try the other's suggestions, and they don't work, try vinegar on a paper towel...could be someone drew it in lipstick and the wax didn't come off completely. Good luck!

Clean the mirror with Windex make sure to spray that area well. It will go away.

use a glass cleaner! if that dont work replace the mirror or keep it if you like the image when it steams!
