I have a dwarf jasmine ("White New Orlean"?) which is flowering now. Instructions for tending it say - "prune hard" to ensure good flowering. What does it mean? How do I prune it, when, and how "hard" is "hard" enough ?
Thanks

They are so beautiful and they taste so good .... and it seems to me that the growers have outwitted the musty problem that they had at one time.... so what is it still? Are they fragile, or do they spoil quickly ... or do we export most of them?

I can't think of anything more expensive in the greengrocers, can you?

Holes are 3/4 inch apart. 1000 go in a board 1 1/2 X 2 feet. I do a 100 boards a year. I'm putting them in one at a time. Takes 40 minutes. Then the heads get painted.
People have been doing this for 150 years. Somebody's figured a trick that makes it go much faster.

...frighten you in the middle of the night when you had forgotten you had put it on? Did you think someone is running to get you and you feel you're in a movie to fight and you start running to the room with a big flower vase for self protection?
...and then you realise it's the machine....

Leaky faucette. No problem, right? Wrong. I removed the screw that holds the knob onto the stem and I think it should let go but instead all of my efforts to pull it off with extreme force just make the whole pipe move. There's blue crub from minerals in the water all over the place. How can I loosen the knob so it slides off?

I'm looking at options for buying or building a home. One option is to buy some land and put a modular (prefab) home on it. None of the websites I've looked at give prices. They all want you to leave a number or email address for a quote. I just want to know, generally, what kind of money I am looking at spending for a 1500-2000 sq ft modular home with 3 bedroom.
