You could try fingernail polish remover, dab it on with a Qtip & use a wet towel to wipe it off. It might take a few times of doing this. Test it on the inside of the hat first, to make sure it doesn't take the color out of the hat too. Good Luck!!!

I would try rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol on it first. Try a small area
on the inside to make sure it won't bleed the color. But if the
ink mark is really bad, the hat is ruined anyway, so it won't matter if you mess it up more or not.

try this stain remover called zout i suggested it to someone else and she said it worked you cna find it at giante eagle or any grocery store.
