I have a Skil drill that uses the 144bat pack. The standard charger is apparently designed to die if the battery is dead, mine did. Is it possible to build a high quality battery charger for this battery pack?

If you have an open floor plan and want to paint the kitchen and living room different colors, how do you transition from one color to the other? Is there just a line on the wall where one color stops and the other begins?

I have a few pieces of furniture from the Sourav Collection at Cost Plus World market. It's a dark mahogany wood imported from India i believe. I had watermarks that i wanted to remove and id' used some steel wool to remove the top layer of wax only to realize they use like a tinted wax and the furniture isn't actually stained. I was planning on buffing off old wax with steel wool and restoring it with a new coat of regular paste wax like ive done on other furniture.

Recently I've been to other houses and have seen how worn they get, and it looks like bare wood in the worn areas. I'd like to find some tinted or dark waxes that will bring the right color back does anyone have any recommendations?

Liberon makes different colored paste wax's for wood finishing but that would be expensive to buy several just to find the right color.

Go to the link then click sourav on the left links to see them:

I want the color to be a dark walnut wood color. The pieces of wood I have seen either don't stain well or half rough unfinished edges.

It wasn't cheap, but the tag instructions say I can wash it, but I don't want to ruin it. Should I take the chance and try it, or pay the $125 the dry cleaners will charge me?

I am installing a pedastal sink in a bathroom that I just finished tiling. When I marked the holes that I need to drill for the sink to be anchored into the wall the marks ended up on the grout line.(this is the kind of luck I have) So will a masonary bit drill through grout? And If it does, will the edges of the tiles shatter because I need to drill a 1/2" hole and the mark ends up dead center of a 1/4" groutline. I really need help and fast, if anybody knows what its like to have a wife who already thinks the job has taken to long, lol.

Our new house has a fireplace that warms the living room/kitchen combo nicely. Just outside the living room in the hallway is the thermostat for the central heat system. Even when it is set at 70 the other rooms are too cool. Is the fire interfering with the thermostat as it gauges the home's temp?

Hey! How much would you expect to pay for the following:
1. Wood and sheetrock to reconstruct a wall where a regular single door was?
2. A gallon of paint? How many gallons would you need for about 12x12 room????? (A light color covering a dark color if that matters how many coats there would be)
3. A closet organizer for a reach-in closet around 6 feet wide. Mostly one w/ shelves and shoe space only small hanging section. Any links for a good closet organizer???

Thanks for your help!!!!!!!!! I've had no luck finding any of this online and i want to be able to pull together a good proposition about getting my room redone and i'm having trouble doing this w/out any info!!!!!!!!
