I bought a wind tunnel for $164 after a friend of mine recommended it. I was going to buy a $400 vacuum cleaner because I was so tired of buying a new one every year. I am glad I went with a Friend's recommendation.

It is a canister and it has bags, which is best for health if you have allergy issues. Because the suction is better than bag-less ones. The only thing there is to buy enough bags if you have brand new carpets. It also has a brush for hard floors, which I love. i do not sweep anymore.

Check out www.consumersearch.com They have reviews on all types of vacs. They ask you to enter what features you want and your price range. Like Cilek, mine is a canister and I like it alot better than an upright.
