We live in northern Colorado and our winters are usually pretty mild. Lately, however, we have been getting a lot of snow and are considering purchasing a snow blower (we're having another storm as I type this). Are snow blowers worth the investment and how much money can we expect to spend on a decent model? Can you recommend specific models? Thanks!

We have tried almost every cleaner there is available but continue to have spots/streaks on our counter top that appear like they have not been cleaned. DuPont can't recommend any effective method other than Grease Lightning but this is for heavy stains only according to their website. Any Ideas?

We moved to a house with a very dark, depressing entryway; looks like a cave. We want color, but nothing too pale or bright, but warm and inviting.
Deffinately not dark, like the chocolate one we have now.
Any suggestions? Oh! And the space is small and narrow.
Thanks!

My shower is glass with some frosted design on them. I clean them regularly but noticed that after I installed the Automatic Shower Cleaner from scrubbing bubbles this film or stain has appeared. I have since been in contact with the makers of the shower cleaner and they apoligized and refunded my cost but that is not helping the problem. I have tried several things to get the glass to come clean and nothing seems to help. Can someone give me some suggestion?

Any suggestions on how to win my Community Christmas Decorating Contest? We try every year and always lose to the people who just throw anything in their yard. Im looking for something that will stand out.

My yard consist of one medium sized tree, about 8 yards from the tree to my porch, in front of the porch are 4 medium pine trees. Im not good with the decorating thing, but we do have icicles, the tree lighted up, a wreath above the garage (Pre light), a wreath in the door(pre lit), and more stuff.

I have mould growing along the edges of my tinted bedroom window, and am wondering how to remove it. It has also caught on to some porcelain figurines that were sitting on the window sill. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I've been doing all aspects of finish trim for over 7 years now. I'm trying to find out the range for installing finish trim in homes.

Both Paint grade and stain grade rates.
(Baseboard, Crown, Cabinets (installing), Cabinets (building), Door installation, Closets etc.) Most the houses i do side jobs are already being lived in. Some are new construction.

I live in Northern california where prices are steep. Hope i gave enough information.

I have been doing all types of finish trim and building/installing cabinets for over 7 years now. I've been working for my boss but I'm about to totally switch career paths hopefully, but I'm going to need to do finish side jobs here and there while I'm getting a new business started with a friend.

I heard theres a limit on what you can make without having a license? Someone told me if its under $500 I'm ok? Is it really worth getting a license, i know theres commonly a $1 Million liability coverage required around here and im not sure what that would cost me. I live in Northern California, where costs are high.

My boss just says to figure out what i want to make for that day. I'd like to be able to bid fairly to both the customer AND myself. (for a while these will be weekend side jobs)

I have a job coming up where they want a custom built in cabinet to fit their plasma and theater equipment. I always build or trim then the customer uses their own painter etc.
