I have mould growing along the edges of my tinted bedroom window, and am wondering how to remove it. It has also caught on to some porcelain figurines that were sitting on the window sill. Any help is greatly appreciated!

The only thing that will completely remove mold and mold spores (so it doesn't grow back again) is bleach. Ordinary household bleach.

To remove Mould from Window frames and sills etc. and prevent the re-growth of mould. Mix Borax Powder (Boracid acid) with a little water into a paste consistency. Using a stiff brush (an old toothbrush is ideal) scrub the area of mould with the paste, then wipe clean.

Try this cleaning cloth. You have to buy in packages of 5 but they are only like $3 bucks a piece. I have ordered them and use them on everything, especially cleaning windows and clean mirrors. They are made out of tiny fibers. They are guaranteed not to scratch and all you do is rinse the cloth under warm water, wring it out and wipe ANY surface with no streaks or scratch. Use em over and over. I have not thrown one away yet!
...I encourage you to try it out.
