So confusing! I want to get my boyfriend a sawzall for Christmas, but not just any sawzall because he is a carpenter and needs a very heavy duty professional tool. I figure the 13amp Milwaukee sawzall is probably my best bet...but there are a few different 13 amp models. How the heck am I supposed to know which one is the best? Can someone out there who is less confused about power tools help me out!?

-Side note: I want one with a cord. And if anyone has a link or an inside scoop on where i could get the best deal I would really appreciate it!

My house was built in the 70s, I am pretty certain there is no insulation in the walls you can feel the heat from outside when you touch them inside. I just want to make the place more energy efficient without ripping out all the drywall.

..it is still uneven, which we were not aware of until the fitters had put down our laminate flooring. We are now being told by conservatory company that we should have waited 3-4 months before laying laminate floor. We were under the impression that once the concrete went grey it was dry and we were good to go. Who is right? We are trying to claim for the conservatory people to lift and then relay laminate, think this is why they are saying that we should have waited - when we placed order we told them we needed it up and running for Christmas - any help greatly appreciated.

It has been raining/snowing a lot here in Chicago, and my yard will not soak up any more water. All of the grass has disappeared and turned to a swampy muddy area. My dogs have a blast in it, but I am sick of giving them a bath every time they go outside. It's really exhausting. The yard isn't big, so I was wondering if there's anything I can do to get rid of it? The yard is a big concrete slab, with about 4' by 12' of grass (now mud) on each side. I wouldn't mind putting down mulch or rocks. I'm sure it's much easier to take care of. But how should I go about doing this? Or is there an easier way? Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thank you!

I have an automobile oil stain on my driveway and was just wondering what product would work best. Does anyone have any knowledge on this? Would a concrete cleaner be better than kitty litter? Thanks for your kind help. Sincerely, psychosam
