Kenmore freezerless frig?

Our new 44723 kenmore freezerless frig is turned up to max and the coldest it gets is 42.Its clean ,no blockage in rear,2 people using whats up ?

If it is new you had better call in the repairman while it is still in warranty. Also since it is new you may have a small leak in the system. Also the light may be staying on, to check this simply push the button and see if the light goes out. The evaporator fan may not be working if it has one. It could be that it is not defrosting correctly also. Many things can be wrong.
