My church does a Halloween tailgate trick-or-treat party for the kids. We all decorate our tailgates for the occation. I was planning to decorate the car like a pumpkin. I have orange plastic table cloths to cover the main part of the minivan. I need to find a way to make a a jack-o-lantern face fit into the tailgate of my Honda Odyssey. Any ideas??

Building an attic into the third storey of my house. Need to come up with the colour of the walls and a theme that would go with a small attic room. The room is going to be used as a chill out area/study.

my room now is purpleish/blue and it has a wallpaper border of matching colored flowers.my bedding matches and the sheets, skirt, and pillows are white.my head board is white. my parents wont let me re-do it because they said that i should be happy with what i have. i also want to re-paint it. i'm 14, a freshman in HS, and we are building a lake house , so there would be a tight budget.

how/where could i go for ideas
yet alone convince them for me to be able to re-decorate my room?

i have grown a lovely lawn in the last year and now it is nearly ruined through ants. it is all patchy after i have cut it and looks like a rugby pitch, full of little holes all over that resemble something like football boot stud marks. what can i put on my lawn to get rid of the ants without damaging the grass?

I've never visited there, but I do like cold and snow. I actually prefer cool rainy or snowy days to hot sunny ones. I currently live in a small college town in Indiana. But other than weather, what else does Minneapolis have to offer?

If I were interested in finding a House or Apartment that was for rent. In a college town, how much would rent cost monthly. About average, based on what a college student might generally pay. Thankyou

The front door leads into the dining room and ahead is a door into the kitchen. I like open plan and would like to knock the wall down, seems to be plasterboard. My partner says that the kitchen will look visibly messy and the smell of cooking will linger around. I am not sure if I would loose by money with the removal of the partition. I was also think about a small hole in the wall and covering it with a sliding cover. Any help appreciated....

I'd like to change my existing sliding closet doors to sliding mirrored doors. Will that do anything for my house (added value or just appeal) if and when I decide to sell? I know it'll make the room look bigger, but what else will it do for me besides increase my love life?

Last year they started bring home bags of wood chips to build up there yard. We have small yards. between the houses is about 60 feet. My house sets lower anyway, but now they are building up the yard so the rain water drains into my sidewalk. Which floods and come in my back door. It is a small back room which has heat and electric I use it for storage and a laundry. Help. I need something cheap I can do myself.
