Ok I tried the honey, water, vinegar, soap mix, They love the honey! So that went out in the garbage. I left the cider vinegar bottle open with water and soap in it on the back of the sink, so i'll see if that changes anything.
I've been vacuuming all day long.
Now, I'll go try the bleach. Thanks for the advice guys and gals.

Rim a glass or coffee mug with honey. Fill it half-way with apple cider vinegar. They will be gone in no time.

Ever hear "you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar"? Both are true, so might as well do the double-whammy!

Good luck!

****Yes, they love the honey. They are drawn to it. It's "bait" for the cider vinegar. They either get stuck in the honey and suffocate....or hang around it long enough to then be tempted into the vinegar---which will kill them.

This will sound silly but it worked for me. Use your vacuum cleaner again. Just suck them into it they are so weak the process will kill them.
You do need to do it every day though.
It will take a couple of weeks but you will soon notice them declining in numbers. It takes two weeks or so because that is how long they live and reproduce. Once you have the newest ones (hatch lings) gone they will all be gone.

As for the sink use a bleach based cleaner and pour some down the drain to poison whatever is in it that they are eating.

Drowning wont help they thrive in moist areas, as you've noticed.

There is a product that u can buy at Walmart it is called Pest Control. It is in a yellow wrapper and is conceled by a white plastic. Just set it next to your sink and it works wonders. The honey and vinegar will work too I think.

many times those flies breed in the water in the trap of the sink.
pour a cup of bleach in it, let it sit an hour then flush well, spray the flies with RAID or such.

Flies become a nuisance when they enter homes. You can get rid of these by using pest control.
