My church does a Halloween tailgate trick-or-treat party for the kids. We all decorate our tailgates for the occation. I was planning to decorate the car like a pumpkin. I have orange plastic table cloths to cover the main part of the minivan. I need to find a way to make a a jack-o-lantern face fit into the tailgate of my Honda Odyssey. Any ideas??

I would go with tissue paper. I know it sounds tedious and may be too brittle, but you will not have to worry about glow sticks and such. The light from the interior will shine right thru. I have been doing tailgates for a while now for my sons school and tissue paper is what one woman used one year when she made her car into a ghost. It looked awesome!! Good luck w/ whatever way you decide to go and Happy Halloween!!

try using those light-up glow sticks for the "light"...and some black trash bags for the eyes, using cardboard boxes to shape into triangle forms then cover with the black plastic, insert the glow stick behind it and walla!
