I have a 16 X 20 inch picture that I would like to frame...And I would like to have a mat board.....

What size frame do you recommed I use AND where can I get a mat board cut for a reasonable cost? Thank you!

I think the size of the frame would depend on the mat you choose. I'm not sure if they have these where you are from but Hobby Lobby is a good place to get the mat. They also have a lot of nice frame options.

Framing is pretty easy at Micheals craft store. They have people to help you find the perfect mat and frame,

go to an art shop or artist supply store, buy a 20" X 24" frame and precut matt for a 2" border they are usually sold in 2" increments

If you have one nearby, go to Hobby Lobby. They always have 50% coupons off on their website. Check out www.hobbylobby.com and look under specials. They seem to have framing specials every few weeks.
