The gas furnace is about 30-35 years old. I know what you're going to say..............., but it's working fine. I just would like to save some money, as to not have the pilot light run all the time.

We tried installing just a light in a spot where there was a ceiling fan. When the fan quit working, the light still worked. Now when we try to replace with just a light, we can't make it work. The breaker box has been checked there should be power and there isn't. This is a apartment that we have tenants in. The tenant tried installing and so has my brother.

I know it is stange sounding, but the plumming started stopping up, so we called the plummer and they found roots in the entire house and in the line all the way out to the alley! Has anybody else ever had this problem or heard of it? and do you know what to do for it? The plummer pulled a bunch out, but there are still more and they said they would just grow back again.

Saw something about the tensioner, I take it those are the small pulleys? What needs to be done with them? Do I need to raise the mower on ramps to make easier? No experience. Are there diagrams out here somewhere?
