It depends where you live. Every city and cleaning service has a different price. In Chicago, you can get a 'house keeper' for about $20-$25 an hour.
Wherever you live, you should call around and ask questions...they won't bite.

Maybe $20 a room for bedrooms/living rooms/family rooms, and $30 a room for kitchens/bathrooms. This is because kitchens and bathrooms really need more indept cleaning and disinfecting. That'd put you around $90. You could also just charge by the hour, if it looks like a really big job.

depends on what they are doing and how often, if they do dishes and laundry twice a month, expect 80 to 100 bucks a pop. If they're just cleaning and not doing dishes / laundry once a week, expect 30 bucks or so

relies upon on what you're cleansing....each and every cleansing provider gives you diverse ranges of provider. i might call around to cleansing centers on your section and discover out what they cost for each point of provider, then according to probability verify newspaper listings for persons who're additionally working their very own cleansing enterprise and supply them a decision besides. you prefer to compete with the different companies, yet you do not prefer to undersell your self besides.

i have my own business in Florida, I usually charge about $20 to $25.00 per hour BUT trust me when I say this you do NOT want to be doing laundry.............I do laundry for only one couple and after the nasty nasty nasty stuff I have had from that household I will never include laundry as part of the deal again.......so please be warned...once you begin doing it its very hard to step back and say you would rather NOT do it.......

If there is kids in the house, you need to ensure to what depth they want this part of the house done.

Also you need to check if you are having to deal with pets.again from my own experience this can be a nightmare..love them to death but do you REALLY want to scrape up dog poop from a pet not your own.............

If you are asking so that you know what to pay as opposed to what to charge...then again be reasonable and still be looking at a once a week job for about 4 / 5 hours at $25..00 per hour

If you want to ask anything more then please email me
