Put them in a bag with about a 1/4 cup of table salt and shake. That is the best way to clean the dust off of cloth flowers. Throw them in baskets & all, it will even remove the dust from the wicker.

Under normal conditions, dry dust accumulation can be removed rather easily with a feather duster or hair dryer. For the tougher dust, use an artificial flower and foliage spray cleaner. Sold at many stores, including walmart, target, kmart, etc.

Before the invention of "silk splenda" an artificial flower cleaner available at JoAnn Fabric Store and probably Michael's Crafts store; I would shake them in a brown paper bag with plenty of salt. ? It worked ok, but kind of rough on fragile flowers. But the cleaner mentioned in above works with the flowers right in their vase. I put mine in the bathtub and spray all over; shake off excess liquid and they dry looking brand new!

My grandmother always used baby oil on the plastic kind. There is an actual artificial plant cleaner that most mass merchandise stores carry. If you can't find it there you can probably check with a florist.

fill the sink w/water and a little soap....swoosh the flowers around and then rinse (not full blast or the pedals will fall off) place in a vase to dry (don't dry flat..that will mess up the flowers) I clean mine a couple times a year...Good Luck

try windex, just mist them and gently rinse with water, let air dry
