In my bathroom I have a plastic/fiberglass all in one molded sink and countertop. Because of cigarette burns I have sanded it. I need to seal it with something and don't know what to use. Any Ideas?

Tile or granite sealer should work fine for that. Apply with a "grout sponge" and youre set!

Is it entirely the plastic/ fiberglass, or does the rest of it have some coating on it as well? The way you describe it ,it sounds like it is all the same material. In that case you'll need to find a way to polish it so it matches the original. First, use finer and finer grits of sandpaper,(if you haven't already). Use a rubber block available in auto supply stores to back the paper so it will conform to the sink top (Iimagine that's where the burns were)as closely as possible, but will take out any inevenness rather than creating it. They will also have the wet / dry paper in the grits you'll need (use it wet) and can give you more specific info on the process, since it's basically the way cars are sanded before painting. From there, say 600 grit or even finer, it should be easy to polish it to match the unsanded parts, and the auto supply should also have the polishing compound you'll need.
