It has a roundish type of fruit or nut. The shell is splitting and inside is a brown nut looking thing a little smaller than a golf ball. Inside this nut type exterior is a green substance like the inside of an apple only harder no distinct odor. The leaves are turning yellow and the nut type things are falling out of their shells. The tree is not very large and the fruit almost seem heavy for the plant. Does anyone know what this is?

My electric shower was overheating the wires from the mains switch (the rope thingy) to the shower. What does this mean? Was the wire too small to take the load? The shower had some heat damage when we moved in (plastic had melted on the side of the shower unit) so we are going to repleac it anyway i just want to make sure we don't still have the same problem with a new shower. i intend to replace the wire with a larger one too.

The lawn is in Southern England.

I have heard of scarification but know little about it or when to do it - also I would prefer not to pour too many chemicals over the place if it can be avoided.

I would like to do this myself rather than get in professional help.

The lawn is approximately 100m²

The fish tank is about 10 or 20 gallons and I have a filter that is plenty big enough and holds two filter cartridges. I use the anti-cloudy drops and the anti algae drops but it always goes cloudy after a few days. Could it possibly be the fish food?

I am only going to replace a section of the clapboard around the main portion of the house, then reuse the good portion of that to repair the rest. I am going to repaint all so don't really need a cedar shingle. Would also prefer not individuals shingles but either a strip or panel

I have tried every leaf but no luck. The plant is otherwise very healthy looking (nice and green, in a warm aquarium, well watered but not too much) I honestly dont understand why it wont eat, it has been two months since I last offered it some food.
