I love cyclamen plants ;

they grow from a bulb ( rhizome )

To keep them healthy ;
you need ;~~~~
A cool window-sill l
(Not above a radiator)

plenty of light
NOT too much draft

Water from below (in a saucer)
My grandmother, was a wonder at growing her cyclamen
(She used to use cold tea !!!!)

While they are in flower ,i give a' fostregen 'feed
every two weeks .
They will flower for months!!!

When the cyclamen has finished flowering ,
reduce watering and stop 'forstogen' feeds
, the plant will be "resting " just keep it 'barely' moist '

When buds begin to form again, water as before
With care they will last for several years

Indoor Cyclamens are very showy but not for long, so often used as a disposable flowering house plant.......
They are a "corm"... sort of like a bulb, so do not over water it and never leave sitting in water.
After blooming they will want to take a nap, so allow it to dry out but watch for new growth. If the corm stays firm, you should see new growth after time and can start watering and fertlizing again.
