Wal-Mart, Michaels, or Joannes craft and fabric stores...or put 2mm sequins into google search

buy the sequin flavoured M&Ms there are usually more than 2 in a packet
Any newsagent or sweet shop normally stock them

If you cant find them try getting a couple of 3mm sequins and filing the edges down, this can also be acheived with 4,5,6 and 7mm sequins however it can be more tiresome
