renovating a garage (granny flat) have taken out the tilt panel door...need to put in place a prebuilt Front door with frame..but there a varying levels at the door entrance..do i box in and level with concrete? Need some advice quickly..wife will be home soon.

These little guys are just annoying. They are grey and roll up when you touch them. Does anyone know what I'm talking about, if so do you know how to get rid of them?

This is my first chainsaw, and I've looked in the owner's manual; and nowhere does it give instructions to change the oil. Is there something unique about chainsaws? I constantly have to put oil in it to lubricate the chain; does the bar & chain oil work in the motor?

I don't know about you but I get sick and tired of door to door sales people comming to my home, offering me such things as double glazing (which ive already got) or trying to flog some other service at the door. Usually they call around tea-time or early evening. Although I politely say "No thanks, I'm not intrested"
Im starting to get really pisssed off with these people. I know there only doing there job and have got to make a living, but id prefer that if I want a service or quotes etc then I will look for it myself either in phone book, local newsparers, internet etc.
Feeling that way and fed up with being disturbed night after night, is there anyone like me who thinks door to door sales people should be banned from touting business this way.

I am buying a home which has 200amp service however the home inspector stated that the "feed line" and meter are only 100amps. I have been told by an electrician that the meter can handle 200amps, however I am still concerned about the line from the meter to the service panel and the "feed line." Is there a way to tell if the meter and line can handle 200amps. The previous home owner seemed to have no problems running major appliances together. Any info would be great.

We recently built a new house and I am having a hard time trying to decorate! I would like to decotare my master bedroom in palm trees. There is a master bath that is attached...the question is should I do the bath in the same thing as the bedroom or can it be different? I would like to do the bath in maybe bright beach colors with a beach picture over the garden tub. Help!

ok so i need a hybrid plant ive heard of many ways to do so, these sound the most feasible, cut plants in certain way, tape together, branches or whatever produced are hybrids, and the second is sprinkle pollen from one to another.
re there any easier ways? wat is an easy way, that works. can you make hybrid fruits? like say an apple and peach which form an appleach?

water leakage inside van until detected by musty smell. Pulled carpet, cleaned by Service Master, competely air dried still on being shut up the faint smell returns. want rid of it.

I've moved from lower AL to north TX. My cornbread recipe isn't working here. What can I add to make my cornbread rise (like cake) as it did in Alabama? I don't know if it's because I now have electric oven (how I miss my gas oven) or is this an altitude problem.

my aunt gave me a set of washer and dryer. they are fairly new and i love the way they wash and dry, but the washer keeps leaking from the bottom of the it. i can't seem to figure out how to fix it...please help. i cant afford to call it in to repair it.
