As a service Tech, I see this often. I'm almost sure it is your furnace filter. Located near the bottom or Blower compartment, there may be a 1" long slit in the return ductwork with a cardboard frame sticking out or a door that has to be removed to reveal a fiber filter. it may look clean from the back side, but remove it make note of the size and go to the hardware and replace it. Can cost as little as a dollar, by two and in 6 months replace it again.

Since it's blowing air-though very little, your fan is running. So, in all likely hood , it's your filters or your coil is dirty and clogged up. Is the little bit of air that's coming out cold? If so, I don't think you need freon, but you may. If you change your filter and clean your coil and it's still doing this, call a repairman.
To clean your coil-you can use Tylex and spray it on your coil. Let is set a little while then you can take a REALLY SOFT brush and GENTLY clean it. Take special care as to not damage the coil.

Well if it was working. I can only assume that its low on charge or another problem to cause it to freeze up. The evaporator cant get that dirty that fast to stop it, Only being froze up can. Leave the inside fan on by cutting stat to ON instead of AUTO, Cut the Cool/Heat to OFF, Wait an hour and see if you have good airflow, Walk outside to the unit and see if you see ice on the unit, Will help more thru Y IM if needed.

Blowers sometimes have a varible speed control...which is usually a circuit board.

Your filter could be stopped up

Your a/c coil and blower fan could be dirty and plugged up.

The system might be low on freon causing the evaporator coil to freeze up and restrict the air

90% OF THE TIME IT IS JUST DIRTY FILTERS HAVE THEM CLEANED. DO IT YOURSELF A TECH WILL CHARGE YOU AS MUCH AS $ 200. AND ALL HE IS GOING TO DO IS CLEAN OR REPLACE THE FILTERS. CHECK TO SEE IF ALL VENTS ARE CLEAR AND OPENED. CLOSING VENTS IN UN-OCCUPIED ROOMS, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, ONLY MAKES THE SYSTEM WORK HARDER. AND, WHEN AND YOUR SYSTEM IS UP AND RUNNING. TIE STRINGS TO THE VENT OPENINGS,ASSUMING THEY ARE NOT ON THE GROUND, AND WHEN THE STRING SLOWS. IT'S TIME TO CLEAN OR REPLACE YOUR FILTERS AGAIN.
