by yourself it will take you 6-7days +tool rental if you don't own a wet saw charge 2.50-4.00 per foot and include the thinset they supply the tile and grout

how much is the material
tiles range from 88 cents a sq ft and up,
and I mean up, I've see tiles for 8 dollars for a 2" x 2" sq.
that's $288.00 per sq ft
is it on wood floor or concrete
a little more info would help

4.00 bucks a foot for labor. that doesnt include any materials. and just buy a tile saw, don't rent one. you still will make about 5,000.00
