Hillside is about 45 degree angle. Temps get to 90 - 100 degrees in spring/summer.We dont want the tree to grow more than 8 - 12 feet max or it will block the view.

Also, we're looking to replace the ice plant with a fast growing deep-rooting ground cover, preferably floral. THANKS!

We have taken up our living room and dining room carpeting, and are weighing options for a new floor. We might use Epoxyshield and then area rugs, if we can get a look similar to terrazzo.

had one of them ugly mexican dogs that look like a rat with a disease, and the kids gave him a bath. well the crazy kids put him in the oven to dry. he dried up alright. little turd caught on fire, started barking--screaming really. A dog gets hurt enough, it can scream. They heard it all the way next door. Anyways, the kids let him out of the oven just before he was casserole, he started running around, caught some old books on fire, ended up the wall was on fire, barely saved the trailer from burning, we did. had to tote the little rascal out on a pail, was pathetic looking, nothing sticking out but his blackened tail like a burned down lantern wick....well anyways now the oven is all doggy dank smellin and nothing i've tried can fix it, me and by brother j.r. lansdale done tried everything to but that smell is in there!

I planted a Satsuma plum tree in a niche at corner of our house. It is about 3 ft. away from the walls. Tree has grown to about 18 ft. tall and very broad with branches reaching over into the neighbor's house and brushing and bending against our walls that I am now wondering if it will grow under and eventually damage our foundation.

After more than 20 years since the original tree expired, 3 small trees emerged. They were dug up to share. One is left and I need to know how to care for it and how long it will live not being planted. It is drying up at the bottom though in water. Help please.

What kind of problems can this thing cause if I don't get it out soon?

I just found out it's velvet leaf. Some people were telling me it's poppy, but turns out it wasn't. I've done some research, and I want to get rid of it quick!

What's the best way to get rid of it???

Grapeseed oil was spilled on my carpet . I have used the Dawn detergent method but it hasn't helped. It is now a couple months old. Today I bought some Oxiclean and thought of making a strong solution, let it sit, then extract with a rented carpet cleaner; repeating once dry, as is probably necessary at this point. Please, any suggestions or thoughts...? Thanks.

I need to replace a few jets on a hot tub, an LA SPA brand because they are missing the spinners. Anyone know a website that has them for this particular brand. If not a website, a store that I can order them by phone? Do you know if you can buy just the spinners and not the whole jet?

I'm shopping around for a non catalytic wood stove... and can get the Vermont castings line at a discount. I'm considering between the Resolute Acclaim or the Encore. If you have one, can you tell me which you have and if you're happy with its performance... does the enamel finish hold up well... is the ash pan easy to clean out... does it really heat the capacity it states... and any other specifics that would matter. Even if you have complaints, I'd like to hear about it... so that I can make an informed decision.

There is this system with a meandering system of black rubber hoses which are mounted to the roof of the house, and a little solar-powered motor pumps the water into the house's warm water boiler to reduce the amount of energy necessary to heat up the water in the house - who makes that? I want one.
Thanks.
