How do you remove Cinnamon smells from thick tupperware containers?

Ball up newspaper clippings and seal the lid...leave for a day or so and the smell will be soaked up by the newspaper.

Plastic absorbs more odors that lots of other materials. Baking soda should do it if you leave a tablespoon or two in the container overnight. Charcoal is also an odor absorber. Vanilla bean has properties that are odor absorbing. You could try vinegar or fresh coffee grounds.

I would make a paste out of baking soda and water. That should remove the smell.

You can try one of two things, I've used both and they both worked for me.

A bounce sheet with some water left over night will eliminate the odor or you can put some vinegar and baking soda to counter the smell.
