Soap and water, I wash my fashion jewelry like that all the time and I've had some pieces for years. The pat dry with paper towel or something soft.

Wait until tonight, soak it in Rubbing Alcohol for 10 minutes, not too much or it will rub the material away, then cover it with baby powder over night, it will smell like babies!!! in the morning soak it in tea right under the tea bag. At noon take it out and let it sit in water, for the whole day, then wear it as long as you want. Best Wishes Bella

plain toothpaste and a soft bristle toothbrush (child's one if possible)
You can also use a baking soda paste (baking soda and water mixed until you get a paste like substande) with a tooth brush.
to shine it up, I like using Never Dull, police officers use it on their badges and pins and it works wonderfully on non-silver/gold metals or plated jewelry.
