For a problem that severe, all the drain cleaner in North America isn't going to do it. Either the tank is full - have someone pull up the lid and look in and see - there there is a mass in the pipe blocking. If you have a snake or a garden hose might work, if you have a lot of water pressure.
Plunge the hose down the toilet as far as it will go and turn on the water full bore - but if the mass is set in place, be ready to turn off the water quick. A pro would be the best thing to do, call a plumber

When was your septic last pumped? It could need pumped OR you could have roots that have grown into your pipes that need to be taken out.
We live on a septic and have had to pump it. It never backed up into anything, the toilet just didn't flush right and the drains were slow.
However, the very first house we owned (city sewer) we had the sewer back into the tub. We put draino type stuff in but it didnt work. We couldn't figure out what was wrong so we called Roto Rooter and he had the equipment to snake down the pipes into the sewer mains and actually saw the roots from the inside of the pipes. After that we would occasionally put down stuff to kill off roots that grow into the pipes. We lived there 6 years and never had another problem.
Good luck and Goddess Bless!

If you think you have a blockage in the line... you can try a balloon. You can pick one up at Home Depot for about $13... and you'll need a garden hose. You place the balloon in the line where you think you have a clog... open up the hose... and when enough pressure builds... it burst rushing water through the pipe. You'll need to cover other drains so that the pressure is maintained... (you can read the instruction to get more specific)That sometimes works... but be aware that if it doesn't clear it... water will come spraying out of other drains so cover them.
If you don't want to waste your time with that method... call a drain & sewer company to have you pipes snaked.
If you want to try a home remedy for unclogging.. try the following:
1 cup baking soda
1 cup salt
1/2 cup vinegar
Pour all three down the drain... wait 15 minutes, then flush with a gallon of boiling water. That sometimes opens up clogs (of hair, grease, lint, etc...)
Good luck!

First you must check to see if your septic tank is full. if it is get it pumped or your nieghbors waste will be comming up in your sink next. you may also have a clog this will require a snake you can purchase at the local hardware store. you may also have a broken pipe and if you crafty you can use the snake to find how far down the line your brake is. Also there is a baffle in most septic tanks that sometimes gets clogged and won't let water into the fields to check tis you need to pump the tank first.

Sorry but I would not recommend the garden hose thing. There already is sewage in the house so why add to it. If the neighbor is not having a problem then it is your drain Under the trailer there should be a Y with a plug in one side and there is where you use the snake. Take out the plug and run the snake through. If there are trees near then it very well could be tree roots causing the problem. Might just be best to call someone like Roto Rooter to take care of it.

it is a clog in the pipe between the Y that connects the sink and the toilet and the septic tank. It is a short pipe, you can snake it out yourself.

Drain opener is not the answer. Seems your main line is clogged or septic tank is full.

sounds like septic tank. They do need pumping every ten yrs for one mobile home probably every 5 yrs or so for two. I recently had mine pumped live in a duplex apt. and it went into our shower, sink, and the toilet overflowed. Even backed up into apt. beside us which was empty.

DO NOT use drain opener for your situation.
like everyone said above. you have a clog or a full tank.
a tank must be pumped about every 4 years. but you have TWO
homes on one tank so I'd said its full..But is the OTHER trailer
having the same problem. if they are not then the clog is in your plumbing.
