With all the rain storms the mosquito population has exploded in our neighborhood, they follow me to the car, back to and inside the house.

I know they are attracted to Carbon Diaxide. I need something for indoor use.

I hate the stench of OFF.

Does anyone have Personal experience with an indoor trap?

My backyard in Riverside, CA is filled with hard, yellow dirt which is about as hard as concrete. I used a pick ax to dig into the dirt and the ax stopped 1 inch down; its about 30% pebbles and the dirt is rock hard. My pick eventually hit some larger rocks and the end is bent! What can I do to make this land plant-able? Please be as detailed as possible, including all the steps/timeline.

This stuffed animal has "fur" that I'm afraid will get matted if it's put into a washing machine. It has sentimental value, so I would rather aviod that happening to it.
Thank you for any ideas you have.

I am moving a small-ish apartment with some (very) heavy furniture. Is it worth using a PODS or PackRat staorage container rather than making several trips and hassling friends and family?

I've gone through two of those brushed metal soap dishes in a few months, and both times they started to rust two to three weeks after using it... Is there any way to keep it from rusting? I've tried to keep it clean and fairly dry, but of course that's impossible with the soap sitting in it. Maybe there is a type of soap that keeps it from rusting? And if it's already starting to rust, is there a way to restore it or make it look better?

I bought a gray tshirt and didn't even notice, but it has a brownish tan stain in a straight line, possibly where it was once folded and set on a display table. I think it might either be dust from where it was exposed, or possibly even rust (maybe it was set against something rusty).

I have tried almost everything- lemon juice, fels naptha, salt, creme of tartar, dishwashing detergent, hairspray... any other ideas? Does anyone work in a store where clothes pick up dust from setting too long? If so, how do you treat the stains?

We've turned it to off, the air conditioning is OFF, what to do, why is it doing that, please help, serious responses, or helpful ideas only.

My realtor suggested that I upgrade to 200 watt service so I went to the hardware store and bought a new 200 amp breaker box and plan to install it tomorrow morning. I've never done anything pertaining to electricity in my life, and I really don't want to hire a professional. Do I just remove one wire at a time and wrap it with that black tape?

I need landscaping suggestions! I just bought a new house, but the only tree's i have are 2-3 big HUGE oak trees. I wanted something I can plant around the house and create a garden. I looked around my neighborhood for ideas, but it doesnt seem anyone has anything creative or eye catching besides the same stuff I have; Dirt. Any ideas? I don't know much, but I can follow directions. I live in a place where we get all 4 seasons; Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall.

The roof over my kitchen (10'x30') is leaking and needs to be replaced, I'm not sure if I should do it myself or hire a pro do the work. Is it a very difficult thing to do? What is the average cost per square foot to have a pro do the work?
