Stainless steel? There should not be any paint on it, unless it is the trim, so I don't see how you can touch it up. Check your owners manual for care. Some stainless steel, if scratched, can be repaired using a very fine sandpaper--but again check with your manufacturer.

Go with Scouts answer. Stainless steel has no paint. To check this, if a kitchen magnet won't stick, it's stainless. If it is paint, the mfg. will have the correct touch up paint.
