The colors that he painted them don't match my room so I was going to paint them over. But every time I tried to paint them the paint won't stick, It comes right off. I have tried sanding the wood and washing the wood. But nothing is working. does anyone have any ideas. oh yea...I figured out that if I sand all the paint off then it workes but, that will take forever. Does anyone have any better ideas?

This would aid in compacting the bulky garbage and recyclables in home.

I'm talking about Piggy Banks: those ceramic pigs that you keep your coins in as a child or, in my case, as an adult.

Who first made them? And why pigs? Are pigs usually associated with money?

Impress me people.

I found that many of the cleaning products you find in the grocery store say do not use on brass or don't list brass as a surface they should be used on. For example the new scrubbing bubbles automatic shower cleaner says "do not use on brass". I'm looking for something to use on a daily basis to keep the showers clean.

I have a brand new chainsaw that I kept in a storage for two years and tried to start it in vein. Pulling the rope was extremely difficult, and therefore I removed spark plug and tried. Now, I can pull it real easy, which means, I think, the path for exhaust is blocked, but I do not know how to fix it without taking it all apart.

love the look of a platform bed and i am considering purchasing one in the next few weeks. But I am worried that this bed will end up making me hate it.

My bed already is just a box spring and a mattress on the floor and to be honest I LOVE IT ( box spring broke about a year ago so I had to ditch the plain frame), but I am scared like the mattress will slide on the platform. I am a wild sleeper and I know you dont want to hear this but you know what else goes on in a bed...I do not want the mattress and us to end up on the floor.

I have a side-by-side. It's running, but neither the fresh or the freezer side are staying cool. It's also leaking a clear liquid out of the bottom. I checked the seal on the doors, and the lightbulb, and its neither of those. What should I do?
