At least a quart of boiling water mixed with vinegar, poured right down the drain.
If it's a hair clog, Neet followed by boiling water after 15 minutes will break it up enough to wash away.
Or you could buy a plumbing snake for about $25 and clear it that way. It's easy to use, all you do is insert the end and keep turning the handle.

Remove the trap, using a plumbing snake, not a freakin* coat hanger, snake out the drain. Replace the trap. Next time use Sulphuric acid, it's specifically sold as a drain opener.
Do not use if Draino was used. Draino is a caustic alkali and will explode in contact with a strong acid. Bleach does nothing but kill bacteria that help break down grease and hair in a drain.

Get a wire coat hanger and unwind it. Then use it to unclog the drain. Once that's done, put a drain cover over the drain and clean it frequently to prevent it from clogging up again.

Break down and get a plumber. He will probably snake it clear. All that junk you are putting down will mess things up.
