thanks guys, well he owns a laundry and his parking lot is right next to my house, but i have one foot into his parking lot, if i park one inch into the parking lot he saids im trespassing his property and he would do anything to get me in trouble, i recently bought this house but i haven't had a peaceful moment. i got a ticket because i did not have a permit ticket to park on the street, i did not know, i only had two weeks living in this town.

check your deed for the property lines. If his parking lot is in your property, send him a registered letter. Some lawyers or paralegals will do this for a nominal fee. Tell him you are going to take him to small claims court and sue him for damage to your property unless he removes his parking lot from your property. (Be sure to consult a lawyer first). Then, contact a contractor, get an estimate for asphalt removal, sod, soil, landscaping, whatever. and file the lawsuit. Take pictures, lots of them, keep records of any tickets you receive, any costs incurred while dealing with him. Take the deed, pictures and all evidnce to court with you when you go. GOOD LUCK!

Anything you want as you are paying the lawyer/ court costs.

Did not mention what the tickets were for... but most can be fought... AND if he was wrong he'd pay court costs and you'd not pay the ticket.

But if for cause- don't break the laws and give him ammunition.

Sounds like parking violations(were those your tickets?) and he is probably properly licensed to run a parking lot/ business... or is he? Is it zoned for commercial use and has he paid HIS taxes???

A parking lot owner usually doesn't file noise or other complaints...

Love to hear rest of this story... or his side... no not a judge BUT find there's usually three sides to every story...

That 'foot' is probably the required set back for your area... allowing you to perform usual maintenance etc on your fence/house.

Have your property surveyed, put up a 6 foot privacy fence, and stop your whining!

well u can get a lawyer and talk to him about it.. But if its just one foot n thats the problem i guess u can argue that he is bothering u on purpose without that one foot actually affecting him in any manner..
