I have a 175' Artesian well that sits about 40' from the house. Everything is located outside around the well..the tank and all that other stuff. The tank is a 20 gallon welltrol. Lately the pressure seems to be getting lower and lower. You can still take a descent shower but it is mainly the kitchen sink that is affected by the low pressure. I have a faucet filter that will take almost a minute to fill a glass of water. I don't want to add larger pipes as that would be to much hassle. I was thinking of some kind of pump that could maybe increase the pressure. Thanks for any help.

I am feeling if perhaps I have watched too much Sell This House! I want close to what I need to be able to purchase a house I like and have listed this one for more than that. However, I am finding that I am fixing many of the little things that bugged me about this one (by myself! Thank you very much!!) Updated dining room light, caulked and painted the kitchen to a neutral, left over from when I got rid of the popcorn ceiling (ok, so some else did that.. but they left me extra paint... sooooo kitchen is painted, too) What small things do you see when you look at a house that I can take care of before my dream house is gone?

The home looks like it hasn't been painted in about 7-10 years. The upper part of each strip of siding looks fine but the bottom edges are swelled with water and wet in places, especially lower down on the walls.

I have one florabunda rose growing bush growing if front of my home. I love the red rose petals it gives year round. Very hardy in this Texas weather. I wanted to get more bushes of this type but they run out or do not have any. I wanted to find out if its possible to regrow from this particular rose bush. How do you do it ? Where do I plant for it to grow some roots? Do I have to do this in the season of Spring only?

without having to replace the stupid thing? I have a crack just down from the side where it levels out into the tub. I have tried silicone/acrylic caulk and it only lasts about 24 hours. I am trying to sell this property and cannot afford to replace a tub. Any SERIOUS SUGGESTIONS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

get rid of the knats that are still flying around the garbage disposal side and get it smelling "fresh" again. It still smells like rotting food. I tried baking soda already to no avail. Any constructive answers will be appreciated
