There is no "opium" seed. It comes from Poppies. Most of the poppies you can get here do not have the active opiod substance. The ones that do (opium poppies) are not legal in this country.
You would have to go to the middle east, most likely. Good luck.

Opiates in general are derived from poppies. So the real question you should be asking is, where can I get some poppy seeds.

poppie seeds,,buy them at walmart..........where they sale flower seeds........long stem and big orange blossom on them..just like in the wizard of oz
