How to I get them off? Fast?

first, find the source of the water seepage and put and end to it. second, spray the damaged area with a bleach/water solution, 1 part bleach to 5 parts water. let dry thoroughly, at least 24 hours. next paint with kilz, available at any paint or hardware store. let dry, and repaint entire wall. this is not fast, but very effective, and will look just marvelous. hint....have the kilz tinted with the same color you choose for the wall, it will help blend it all in. best of luck!!

Paint them with KILZ paint.

Scrub them with white vinager and fat salt.
