Try putting several layers of kitchen roll over it and ironing it on the hottest setting the fabric will alllow - I've never tried it with "leg wax" but it works with wax crayons!

Get some grease proof paper, place it over the wax, put a tea towel over the paper, then gently heat with an iron. The paper should absorb the wax, you may have to repeat the process a few times though. All the best

Depends on what material the dress is. Place the spot between two paper towels and then use a warm iron on the spot of wax. The upper and lower piece of paper towel should absorb the wax

first freeze the dress, sounds silly but true. The wax sets, then slowly will pick off, there will be a residue, then get some brown paper,( post office sells a roll for 99p, ) place over the dress, it will absorb the oil residue, do not have the steam on.
Same works with chewing gum, except you have to put neat washing up liquid on, rub in with finger, NO Water, leave to dry , dry iron, paper etc then wash
good luck, patience is required, but it does work

Paper towel on top of the wax, then iron the paper towel. The wax will melt and saturate into the paper towel. But since you have washed it, you may have ruined your chances of fixing the damage. If it was fresh, you could also freeze the garment and chip off the wax.

Open up an old newspaper, so it is a few pages thick, lay the wax side of the fabric facing down on to the newspaper. Iron this area (medium-hot) and you will find that the wax will dissolve off the fabric and transfer itself on to the newspaper surface - magic !

This worked for me ! Hope it helps !

Place a piece of brown paper over the wax and then iron over with hot iron. You can use the brown paper that you buy at PO's to wrap parcels or just a plain old brown paper bag.
May be too late if you have already washed it but it can't hurt to try.

i dont know if this will work... my friends did art in school and they used to remove wax from material by putting some sort of parchment paper on the material and ironing over it, the wax would soak into the paper........... but then i think that was a different wax, but heating it so that it melts is your best bet anyway!!!!!!!! good luck and dont hunt me down if it goes wrong!!! (",) or mabe asking your dry cleaners how to remove it... or let them do it for you!! if anyone knows they will

Place a wet kitchen towel over it and then use a hot iron. It works well, I did the same whilst waxing my sack.
