I am aware that these are poisonous to animals particularly horses and cows and mainly cause problems when made in to hay. I want to know what animals i can safely have on this land without causing them problems. Can anything stomach these plants as i would prefer them to be eaten down. There is little grass in this area and the horsetails have completely taken over most of the ground. I am at the moment at a loss as to what to do with it! Any sensible suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

What is the best thing for cleaning a conservatory roof? It is starting to go green. When I just use detergent and water it goes green again very quickly. The roof is made from polypropylene.

my toilet gets a build up of limescale thats really hard to get rid of. The lotions and potions that i buy dont seem to work that. Is there a good home made remedy? They usually work better than shop bought stuff.

I dont think this is a new trend . Kirby had the Emtor in their early vaccums. Why didnt companies think of that idea years ago?

We bought a house this year. It's a high ranch, but it doesn't have a dining room. I do have a sorta large kitchen which holds a kitchen table for 4 (opens up to 6) that is against the wall. Downstairs is a large, fully furnished family room with comfy couches and a large TV. Upstairs is a "living room". Right now it's totally empty. I'm tempted to decorate is as a dining room but am afraid that it will seem odd. It's close enough to the kitchen to be a dining room, but is definately intended to be a living room. Am tortured about making this decision!!!!!!!!!! Your thoughts?

I have twin girls and at the moment I am storing all their items from when they where babies in a medium size trunk well the trunk is full and we havent even made it to kindergarden yet plus I was thinking I need two seperate storage containers one for each child that way when they get older they can each have their own box of memories. any ideas on what kind of storage containers I should use? F.Y.I. we are a little cramped for space so anything to big or bulky will not work.

Why do you garden? What satisfaction do you get out of it? Tell me your triumphs and failures and what motivates you to keep at it, regardless of weather, naysayers and the like.
