35 what max...dollars ? I don't think you can get a good quality one for that. I like rainbow...it's the absolute best and you can get one for around 200 bucks on e-bay ...that's where I got mine and Iove it...even used ones ...rainbow is the best. No bags to buy all the dirt is trapped in water so you just flush it down the toliet after and it doesn't redistribute the dust as it vacuums.
