I am about to go insane. Even when I dry them alone they ball up and I have to unravel them every 15 minutes. If there are clothes in with them they don't get dry! HELP!

I have tried six different colors. I want a tealish color on one wall and a little lighter color on the other three. The room is a large rectangle with two dug out windows in the far corner. The only other lighting is from two ceiling fans. The color I used looked blue/green on the sample. When I am upstairs it looks fine, downstairs it looks like a wedgwood blue and oh so dark. Even when I shine light on it and in the lightest part of the room it looks blue. The carpet is a dark grey. The results with the other colors were 1) sample with grey/green tone, looked completely gray (think prison cell) 2) sample with a mauve color, looked completely pink 3) sample with a darker mauve, looked completely purple 4) sample of a suede color, clashed with carpet, etc. I can't believe I am having this much trouble. How can I pick a color that will be okay? Please be specific, I obviously have color issues. Thank you.

The house I'm looking to buy has it's own private water supply through a well. I want to tap into a nearby subdivision's supply instead. I'm looking for potential costs, as well as who to contact to do it? Thanks in advance!

I am considering finishing my basement but have very limited income. I live in Michigan metro area. How much can I expect to pay a "handyman" type of guy to do it (or how much is a reasonable offer?)?

I dont know if this is smoke-- but it sure looks like it. Smoke or steam. Anyhow-- If my A,.C. is turned on for a while-- after about 4 or hours or so it will turn off by itself. Yesterday-- it was on all night.. and then at the top( where the vents are) steam/smoke started coming out.

Is this bad?

We're trying to find out how important an ad in yellow pages is for an emergency flood company. Or, do people just called their insurance and use whoever they recommend?

No one ever knows what I'm talking about whenever I mention local stores or places or events! With all of the Yahoo! users, (there must be millions!) there must be someone out there who lives in Eastern PA!
How about Morgantown?

I won't go into detail be we have some neighbours who are making life in our house unbearable by winding us up at every opportunity. They really are horrible people and I had had to go through a solicitor at one point top stop them pinching my land.

I know we should try and ignore all this but trust me it's not easy.

Has anyone had any similar problems and what did you do to make them sit up and take notice that you will not take any more crap?
