Also, I can see these little holes all over the ground about as big around as pencil eraser or maybe a little smaller. Some people have told me to use that lawn tonic, that its just undergrowth from not airiating or powerraking, and some say it's mites or earthworms. I don't know what I should put on it? Please help!

When I use anything with oil in it on the stove the oil evaporates and forms a residue on the stove. I try to wipe it up immediately, but if I miss it and it drys I can't get it off.

I found a house for $164,900 and it's out of my price range. I know that price is negotiable but I don't want to insult the seller. Would offering a little under $150,000 be insulting? I know that it's a lot less but I've seen some people reducing the price of the home by $20,000. I don't necessarily mean in this particular neighborhood, just in general. If this is unacceptable would would a more reasonable price be? The home is in very good shape and built 2002.

We have remodeled our bed room. Wainscoting around the room with a small chair rail and textured/ paintable wall paper on top. The wainscoting and chair rail are painted "shade tree green" a sagey green color/ the top is painted "muted gold". I love it, but the wood veneer doors look funny to me. I want to paint them and DH wants to leave them. Which do you think would look best and which color if painted? Thanks!

Ok, I am in the midst of buying a new home and it needs some repairs. I can't really afford the big guys so I need some help with the contruction. Its light work like painting, redoing the wood floors, putting up a fence and possibly a deck. You know stuff like that. Now heres the question, do you think it is wise for me to ask family for help? Dont get me wrong I dont mind paying but when I asked one of my relatives for some help today, the first thing out of his mouth was "HOW MUCH YOU PAYING"?

And ENTIRE FULL GALLON of laundry detergent spilled onto my laundry room floor. How do I clean it up? It's like all gooey and covering the wood laminate floor. Very concentrated, so I think even after I clean it up, the floor will be slippery w/residue.

Does anyone know what type of indoor mold would be bluish-green (aquamarine), fairly small, and circular?

I've performed an over-the-counter mold test in my basement, and that was the primary result in the Petri dish. A control test outdoors showed a wider variety of molds, but a lot less of the aquamarine type.

If it's of any help, I'm in the Washington, DC area (where it rained very heavily a few weeks ago). The indoors test was taken near the floor in our finished basement, which has recessed lighting, carpeting, and drywall. It was finished when we got it; I probably wouldn't get another house with a fully carpeted basement.

I am going to pour my own patio, kennel, and sidwalk; and I was wondering if I am going to have to pay more for a concrete truck if it's not a full load.
